HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELLERY CLEAN?

There are a number of different finishes available so if in doubt please ask for specific advice regarding the piece you have bought.

Generally the following applies:

  • To protect the hand-painted jewellery and contribute to it’s longevity, we suggest that you store your jewellery separately and in its original packaging as any sharp objects can scratch it when they come into contact with each other.
  • When worn hand-painted jewellery could have some stains from foundation. To remove the foundation use slightly moist cloth and gently remove the dirt and never clean your jewellery under running water. Avoid excessive rubbing otherwise the paint/colour will be removed.
  • Do not let your jewellery come into contact with chemical products and take care when spraying perfume and hairspray. Keep away from heating!
  • Our gold coating finish on our acrylic jewellery is likely to wear off eventually with time or more quickly if not stored properly, this is not a manufacturing defect. At ENNA we try to describe the making process in details and kindly advice to store your jewellery separately and with extra care.
  • To preserve the shine of plastic/acrylic jewellery, use a polishing cloth and gently clean your jewellery.
  • To preserve plastic and up-cycled tiaras simply use a dry cloth to remove the fine dust. 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE JEWELLERY TO BE MADE?
Most items are already made and we will try to send them out within 3- 5 working days however please bear in mind that usually they are made to order. Items made to order will be assessed and time scale quoted individually. If an item is not in stock or there will be any delay we will notify you via email in the first instance.
HOW IS MY JEWELLERY DELIVERED AND WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All pieces are sent by Royal Mail either using Special Delivery for items over £50 or First class recorded delivery at £3. All items over £100 will be sent special delivery using the appropriate level and value of insurance cover. Usually, First Class Recorded Domestic Delivery takes 2-3 days to be delivered, to USA it may take 5-7 days delivery aim. Once handled to post office services ENNA Jewellery is not responsible for any delays that may occur. 

Special Delivery is signed for and guaranteed to be received before 1pm the following day. First class recorded delivery means that parcel had to be signed for but cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. 

HOW DO I GET AN ITEM CUSTOMISED?
Please email us at care@ennajewellery.com to discuss any variations or special requests such as finding the right colour, shape, design etc. This service will incur additional charges.
DO YOU CUSTOM-MAKE JEWELLERY?
ENNA offer a bespoke design service. Ina is available by appointment. In order to find out more about this service, please email.

We can sometimes remodel your jewellery into bespoke items. However, you will approve the progress of your bespoke jewellery on every stage. Ina will send you photographs and once final approval has been given the jewellery will be sent to you, carefully packed and sent Special delivery or First class Sig For depending on jewellery price.

MY GOLD COATED ITEMS ARE WEARING OFF, WHAT CAN I DO?

Some of the designs with gold coating are hand painted with gold wax for partial metal appearance. Wear and tear can wear away the gold plating with time. It depends on how you store your jewellery and with what care you store your jewellery. We recommend that all ENNA jewellery is carefully taken care of. Please keep your jewellery away from heating and liquids as ENNA jewellery is hand-painted and made of plastics. Keep in its original box away from any sharp objects and any other jewelleries that can easily scratch it.

However, the jewellery can be repeated with gold coating for frequently worn items to return them to their original condition. There will be a service charge for this.

CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY?

Yes! Where an item is faulty, I will ask you to return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned with intact, original packaging. There are no returns/refunds accepted on sale, clearance, discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
You can contact me at care@ennajewellery.com. If you are eligible for a refund, I will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.

We want you to be happy with your order, and ENNA Jewellery will do whatever it take to work with you to sort out any issues! 

IF I AM BUYING A PRESENT ON LINE, AND IT DOESN’T FIT OR THEY DON’T LIKE IT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 working days of purchase, unworn and as new in their original packaging. A suitable alternative will be offer at this time but if this cannot be found, a refund will be given. After these 14 working days a credit note for the value of the piece but not postage will be given. Pieces made specifically to commission cannot be returned/refunded due to their individual nature and the fact they have been approved before sending out.  

WHAT IS THE MAKING AND DELIVERY TIME?
UK orders will be sent:
2-3 working days making time, 2-3 days delivery with Standard Delivery - £3.00
2-3 working days making time, 2-3 days with full tracking info - £4.00

Orders from outside the UK are by 'International Standard' post with tracking information:
2-3 working days making time, 5-7 working days to Europe with tracking info- £8
2-3 working days making time, 5-7 working days to USA and rest of the world with tracking info - £8
